| To participate, an Existing Customer must be listed, with a valid email address, in Just MOT's Limited's Customer Register.
You can become an Existing Customer by Registering now or by making an Online Booking with
Just MOT's Limited. |
|
| Existing Customers who enter this Competition must be aged 18 years or more. |
|
| For purposes of this Competition, a New Online Customer must have booked with Just MOT's Limited and paid for an MOT test for a Car (or other Class 4 vehicle).
The MOT test can be scheduled for any appropriate date and time over the next 12 months. Each New Online Customer must, when making their booking, nominate their Introducer by recording the
Existing Customer's email address. Once a New Online Customer has booked and paid for an MOT test, they are eligible to participate in this competition and the
Wine Competition as an Existing Customer. An MOT test can be carried out any time up to 28 days before the expiry date without bringing forward
the next year's expiry date. |

| A New Online Customer, for purposes of this Competition, must not have had an MOT test carried out by Just MOT's Limited during the
preceding 14 month period (as recorded in Just MOT's Limited's Customer Register or other records). |

| Just MOT's Limited will email confirmation of the FREE MOT award when or shortly after the Company's records show that an Existing Customer has achieved
the 5 New Online Customer target. The email confirmation will contain a unique code number which must be used when booking the FREE MOT. This code number may be transferred
by a Winning Existing Customer to another person BUT can only be used once. The email confirmation will be sent to the Existing Customer's mailing
address as recorded by Just MOT's Limited. The Company cannot be held responsible if an incorrect email address has been provided to it. |

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLYING TO THE JUST MOT'S JUNE 09 / MARCH 10 WINE COMPETITION
The Promoter of this Free MOT Competition is Just MOT's Limited.
The decision of the Directors of Just MOT's Limited (Directors) on any matter relating to the Free MOT Competition is final.
By entering the Free MOT Competition any participating Person agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out here, elsewhere on the Just MOT's Limited website or in any associated document or communication issued by Just MOT's Limited.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and no correspondence will be entered into.
Only MOTs carried out by Just MOT's Limited on Cars (or other Class 4 vehicles) and for which full payment (at the fees relevant to a particular MOT as advertised by Just MOT's Limited on either the Phone Booking Page or the Online Booking Page of the Company's Website from time to time) can be taken into account for purposes of the Free MOT Competition.
The Free MOT Competition is open to all Persons of 18 years or over participating as private individuals. Persons employed by or otherwise connected with Just MOT's Limited and who otherwise meet the necessary criteria may participate. Entries from businesses or any other form of organization (other than, at the Directors' discretion, a Facebook or equivalent Group as set out below) will not be accepted.
Subject to the arrangements being, in the opinion of the Directors, fair and controlled, an individual person may act as Nominee for a Facebook or equivalent Group wishing to raffle the prize amongst themselves. Just MOT's Limited must first be formally advised (in writing or the email equivalent) of the arrangement with the name of the Nominee and, in turn, Just MOT's Limited must then have equivalently formally acknowledged to the Group its receipt of this advice and acceptance of the arrangement. If the Nominee wins a prize on behalf of their Group, the Raffle Winner's name must be published as a prize-winner on the Group's webpage and formally advised to Just MOT's Limited. Provided the Raffle Winner is recorded by Just MOT's Limited as (i) having booked and paid for an MOT, (ii) having recorded the Nominee as their Introducer and (iii) otherwise met the Terms and Conditions applying to the relevant Just MOT's Limited competition (including the Terms and Conditions set out in this paragraph), Just MOT's Limited will give the prize directly to the Raffle Winner and not the Nominee (unless of course the Nominee happens to win the raffle as an ordinary participant and becomes the Raffle Winner). Regardless of the above, Just MOT's Limited takes no responsibility for the actions of any Group and/or the members of that Group.
The Directors reserve the right to require proof of identity and/or age from any Person participating in the Free MOT Competition.
The Directors, at their sole discretion, may remove any Person from the Free MOT Competition who they have reason to believe has acted or is acting in a manner either unfair to other Persons competing or outside the spirit of a competition of this nature.
In the interests of fairness, only one MOT per New Online Customer can be taken into account.
Should an MOT fee be refunded, that MOT cannot be taken into account for purposes of the Free MOT Competition.
An ongoing table will be published on Just MOT's Limited's website listing in descending order, by personal initials and preferred MOT test location, the 10 Persons who have collected the then highest recorded number of New Online Customers.
The name of the Winners together with their preferred MOT test location will also be announced on Just MOT's Limited's website.
The Winners may be required to participate in limited publicity without compensation; however reasonable expenses will be paid for provided the prior written consent of Just MOT's Limited is obtained.
Just MOT's Limited may cancel or amend the FREE MOT Competition Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing notice of the relevant details on its website.
Just MOT's Limited will not be liable for any delay or any failure to perform due to any event beyond its reasonable control.
Other than as set out herein, Participating Persons may not transfer or otherwise deal with any of their rights or obligations acquired under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England.
